What's a Live Guest Portrait?

 It’s live entertainment, a guest portrait and a wedding portrait all in one! 

I will paint live portraits of your wedding guests, crafting unique wedding favours they will treasure. Each drawing will be encased in a protective sleeve on 19.5cmx13cm paper.  Guests will take their photo with a bluetooth remote and those will be illustrated for them to pick up by the end of the night. 

Additionally, packages that include the Bride and Groom portrait will receive the portrait by mail after the wedding, once they submit their chosen photo.

What is a Guest Place card?

They are smaller sized drawings of each of your guests to find their designated seating area. If choosing this package please provide me with a reference photo of each guest and their name.

I will then ship the place cards to your home address. Please note this can take up to 2 months from order time to delivery. 

What if I have more/less guests than the package?

Choose the package closest to the amount and email me with your guest numbers and I will give you a custom price. If your guest count exceeds the maximum, I provide the option of only doing headshots, black and white, or opt for custom place cards.

What do I have to provide?

Please provide a chair and table protected from the sun/rain/wind. If your venue is unable to accommodate a table, a chair is all is required. Please provide a vendor meal for packages Gold and above.

How long does it take per pair?

15 minutes to photograph 2 people, sketch, ink, colour, glitter, decal, then put in a protective sleeve. The Bride and Groom will be drawn after the event. 

Travel

I travel within 100km of Central Coast/Sydney. If further than 100km, additional fees will apply.
Your venue must be accessible by public transport, or travel fee of $150+ will be included. 

Booking:

Choose your package, then submit your event details. A 25% non-refundable Retainer Deposit (+ travel fees) secures your booking date. I will email you back with a contract/invoice and bank details. 

Payment is only in Direct Deposit, cashier cheques, and credit card are not accepted. If needed, you can contact me via a Zoom call to discuss your special day. 

Month Of:

Finalize details, and pay the remaining 75% 1 month before your event.

Day Of:

I arrive early to set up, requiring access to a table and chair. I capture reference photos and produce high-quality portraits for your guests to collect during or after the event. To accommodate as many guests as possible, I will be sketching them in pairs.

 

I am not the Bride/Groom or hosting a different event, can I still pay for your service?

Absolutely, however please make sure to provide a table (min size W: 1.2m) and a chair, protected from the elements as well as a hot vendor meal for a package Gold and above. 

What will you be wearing?

I will dress formally to match your wedding theme. If you have any special requests for my attire, just let me know!

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I carry public liability insurance that provides coverage for injury and property damage up to $30 million.

Do you travel interstate?
